The country celebrates the patron saint of Scotland with a holiday on the 30 November and a packed programme which showcases the very best of Scottish culture.

There are many parts organised in and around the city to hold small gatherings to make people enjoy all things Scottish. Participants dressed up in the traditional Scottish costumes and enjoy Scottish food and drinks.  Moreover, the person paints the signs and pictures of St. Andrews on their face and body, also by adding the Scottish Saltire to their nails with blue and white nail polish.
